The Pre-ICN Forum, presented by the International Chamber of Commerce and the IBA (International Bar Association), is a one-day seminar bringing together leading worldwide antitrust enforcers and business experts to discuss the latest developments in antitrust<\/a> enforcement and policy. This forum is held the day before the 18th Annual International Competition<\/a> Network (ICN) Conference.<\/p>\n

The 2019 Annual Conference will be the 18th annual conference hosted under ICN sponsorship, and is a continuation of a series of agency-led conferences that began in 1999. During the conference, discussions will focus on strategies related to digital economy, innovation, market definitions and the role of antitrust<\/a> policy from different ICN viewpoints.<\/p>\n
