The\u00a0Guideline<\/a>\u00a0looks to inform users of the BPTO\u2019s internal procedures for design applications. For the first time in Brazil, users will have a concise document explaining how designs must be filed, the BPTO\u2019s procedure for priority request analysis, the mandatory views required in design applications, among other matters.<\/p>\n

The BPTO Guideline showed an improvement regarding the acceptance of figures that show how the claimed object can be used or applied.
