Decree 353 regulates issues such as the possibility of waiving property rights on industrial models and designs via declaration, the adoption of the Locarno Agreement for the classification of industrial designs, the renewal of the right, and the possibility of converting a patent or utility model application in an industrial design, within 30 days after the filing of an objection to the patentability of an invention.
